Hello! My name is Tom, I am working during the days, and trying to get some studying done on the evenings.
I live together with two friends, renting a fairly big house, and I can therefor sometimes offer a nice place to stay for a few nights. While we are at home, we enjoy watching movies, playing pool and having a beer together.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I got to know about couch surfing from a colleague at work, who told me how it worked and that he was part of it. And I thought it sounded cool, I also love to meet new people so I thought to myself, why not try it out?!

And if it would help me to get somewhere to sleep in the future, why not give it a chance already? I see no setbacks, that's why im here!

兴趣

On my sparetime, I love to play videogames and hang out with my closest friends. I also enjoy meeting new people so whenever a good chance comes up, count me in! When I'm not inside playing or out with my friends, I work on my car(s). Either to repair them, or to upgrade them!

I enjoy all kinds of music really, maybe less opera but overall, I enjoy everything from heavy metal to acoustic calming music. It depends really, mostly on my mood and what I am currently doing. Different music for different settings!
I've seen a lot of live concerts though!
The furthest away was in Belgium, twice!

Buy food for myself and my host.
Treat them to a movie and entertainment!
Getting a useful, practical gift!
Clean their house, bathroom, car and/or yard!
Help them repair their house, garden, run errands, babysit, whatever I can to do help :)

I can help out as much as most people, most important is that we get a good connection so that none gets grumpy and thinks that the other one is using the other one! I'd like to call it mutual respect for eachother.
