Hi!

I'm a 4th year business student from University of California, Berkeley. I am originally from South Korea, but I have lived in Canada and in the U.S. since 2007. I have always wanted to go to Brazil, and so, for the last winter break of my life, I have decided to go!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Money is an important issue, but more than that, I wanted to be able to meet the locals, learn from them (and obviously get help haha), and actually be more assimilated into the culture while I'm here. And hopefully, I'll be able to meet fellow tourists as well!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While serving in the Korean Army, I was in the Philippines for 6 months as a foreign relief force, helping rebuild the city
