Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a photographer I am always looking for new ways to travel and document the world around me. At this stage in my life I'm certainly a shoe-string traveller, and I hope to always keep it that way. Couch surfing is a great way for me to meet new people, hear new stories, and expand my traveling options.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music? With a background in music, I make a living as a freelancer in LA, and a lot of my work is as an audio engineer, mixing for top 40 bands. On my free time I like to give my ears a break by listening to folk, acoustic, and minimalist music. A big movie fan, I think my favorite is Mad Max Fury Road. I know there are "better films" but I loved it. TV? psh what's not to like? I like Life of Pi, The Alchemist, and other pseudo-spiritual adventure reads.
