I run the neuropsychology service at a University Hospital on Long Island. I'm married with two adult kids. We have a dog and two cats at home. I enjoy reading, running, hiking, kayaking, riding my bike, and playing music. I have a busy job and work pretty hard at it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I couchsurfed with my daughter and her boyfriend in Montreal two years ago and it was really fun. I'd like to meet people when I go to New Orleans this year for my annual conference.

Music, Movies, and Books

All folk, new, classical, jazz, some rock and roll. I like novels and plays, especially from the 17th through early 20th centuries. I also like history and current issues. I listen to a lot of books on Overdrive.

I wish I could think of something. I'm just sort of a regular guy.

I play guitar okay, been playing for about 45 years so I should think I know something by now. I can always learn more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook. I'm not a gourmet chef, but I can make a meal. I can do the dishes and take out the garbage, walk a dog if need be.
