Hey there,

I'm Tom.
I'm 29 years old and I live in Vienna.
Since 4 years I work as a primary school teacher, with the young kids from 6-10. That job is a lot of fun but also sometimes very exhausting and difficult.
I spend my free time with acting, organizing theatre projects or going to the theatre and making music (I play the guitar, the ukulele, Cello and I sing).
This autumn I will move to Berlin to start my Master in theatre pedagogy at the University of arts. Really excited about that.

Well....what else...
I really enjoy reading (books from Hermann Hesse, T.C. Boyle, Fred Vargas,...), being in the nature, meeting friends and practicing yoga. And I really love watching films and series (at the moment I'm totally into Sherlock and Fargo).

I also like to cook. Mostly I eat vegetables, although I'm not a vegetarian.

My newest passion is swing dancing (lindy hop), where you move to really great music from the 20ies and 30ies.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I'm here because this Summer ('17) I will travel to Paris and I wanted to try out "couchsurfing".
Not to be in a hostel or an airbnb but to be for a few days at the place of people, who really live in the town. To get in contact, to have a good time and á essayer mon francais. Ca serait superbe :)
