Hi couchsurfers, i am Tom and at the moment i am traveling around the world for approximately a year. I am 21 years old and graduated in the summer of 2017 for my bachelor in medicine. I decided to take a gap year so i could travel, meet other people and experience other cultures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in Hostels is great to meet other backpackers. But no so great to meet the locals. The locals are often way more interesting and can tell you lots about their culture and life, which i like to experience. The same story applies the other way around with receiving guests from other countries:)
