Hello! Just got reunited with couch surfing recently, pretty excited about it :) Currently live on Mount Desert Island, the most beautiful part of Maine, and I'm also a lobster fisherman with a huge wanderlust.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used couch surfing back when I went on my road trip in 2008, all over the country. I was so grateful that there were all these people willing to give us a place to sleep at night and a place to stay when we needed it, so to give back to the CS community I'm starting up my own little profile to give a hand to others in need :) Easy now that I have a house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This past April I was on a fishing vessel out of Cape May, NJ.....first day we worked we sank 6 miles off shore 😁

With hosts it's pretty much person to person, everyone is different of course. Typically I just talk about my travels and my journeys in hopes of hearing theirs as well. Also all the Lobster you could eat 😎
