ABOUT ME

I am a PhD student in Archaeology, living and working in Southampton (UK). I grew up in Bruges(Belgium) and did my first Masters in archaeology in Leuven. After that I further specialised in archaeology and computing in Southampton and just stayed there from then on.

I love travelling and try to do as much of it as I can during my work as an archaeologist. I try to combine holidays with ongoing excavations and conferences in places around the world I haven't been yet. This is a great way for me to combine the work I have a real passion for and seeing parts of the world. I also love cooking so I am very keen to share recipes. I am a very social person and am always up for going a drink or food with new interesting people.
