ABOUT ME

Hey guys I'm Tom, Manchester couchsurfer semi-extraordinaire. I'm currently a student at the University of Manchester in French and Spanish which is helped by me living in both Spain (Valencia) and Québec for a period of time. I'm a born and bred Londoner so I also double up as a cockney teacher.
I try to be funny, open and relaxed, but then I also like to party. So I can accommodate to any couchsurfing plans or requests. I can be a great tour guide of my city but then also I can leave you in peace if you need it. I am accepting to everyone as I have some 'unusual' friends, so come along and try me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted now a few people ranging from a one night stay to up to 4 nights. I've had people stay with me now from Italy, Hungary, U.S.A and China, each one has been great and I do like to keep in contact with my couchsurfers especially if they keep travelling through England as I can give out some hints and tips.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only surfed one when I went to Montreal which was with a great Bolivian guy, I stayed there for a week it was so good, both the couch and the city.
Also I was a very active member of the Paris group last month and made loads of friends in the French Capital especially whilst having 'apero metro' which I really recommend.

Interests

I really love travelling, I engage with life on many different levels, I like to be serious and silly at the same time, I believe that everything in life is an experience and I want to experience it all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things that I have done was to have a flying lesson in a Cessna.
