About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Adventure, trade perspectives and exchange value: North America and Canada experiences

ABOUT ME

Now located back in Christchurch I have just returned from my eye-opening USA holiday!

I am keen to grab a coffee or beer during an weekday evening or hike (called tramp in NZ) in the weekend. I'm part of the University of Canterbury tramping club that explores local mountain ranges and valleys along the southern alps. There is always fantastic company and backcountry experiences!

When not hiking I study freshwater ecology on the Canterbury Plains to find solutions for thier restoration. Nitrate is what I focused on for my masters, although there are lots of stressors animals face that our group investigates. The main goal is to provide solutions to protect our precious waterways!

If you would like to hang out or hike flick me a message!

Have a good one!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing and networking to meet people. Meeting the locals to really experience a culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My previous flatmate hosted surfers from around the world; A bee keeper, archaeologist, mountaineer, linguist, cultured traveler and recreational vehicle salesman.

Those people gave me new perspectives of the world.
Now, my plan is to find my own experiences... sweet.
