Englishman in Bologna. What I do depends on the day - just bought an olive grove and produced first oil.

My main passion in life is food, hence I've moved to Bologna. I used to do some work with the Slow Food movement and love eating, cooking and food culture. I always want to learn more.

I have travelled quite a bit in South America, Eastern Europe, Europe, Ghana, Lebanon and Japan amongst others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was couchsurfing in South America with my ex-girlfriend (hence some feedback is for me and Jana). We met some amazing people and felt like we got to know the real places we were staying.

I had some great people stay with me in Madrid and had great fun taking them out. I've also met up with people in Lebanon and Japan which was great as well!
