Hello! I am Tomas from a small country in the heart of Europe - Czech Republic. I would say I am kind, easy-going, flexible and organized person. I believe that how I treat others reflects how others treat me, therefore I try to be nice to everyone and behave as best I can. I like exploring new places and meeting interesting people - yes, that's why I love to travel :) I also enjoy doing all kinds of sport from running to skiing. After working two years as an analyst at management consulting company, where I started after graduating the University of Economics in Prague, I have decided to quit my office job and travel the world! Travelling can be expensive and I don't have much money, therefore I am going to volunteer on my travels (workaway.info) and between volunteering I would like to stay with you guys, fellow coachsurfers, to soak up local atmosphere, explore places locals recommend and find new friends along the way (with the great benefit of saving on accomodation).

I like hard rock music - bands like Metallica, Slipknot, Foo Fighters, Trivium, Stone Sour, etc. I enjoy live shows and music festivals. But I am open to all genres of music, sometimes I listen to jazz or classic rock, acustic music is also my favorite.

I like drama, my favorite are Tarantino's movies. One of my all time favorite is Sin City.

Reading is great thing to enrich a person. I like books that develop my personality and inspire me to be a better self. My latest favorite was Tuesdays With Morrie.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Difficult to pick one, let me mention some:
- Left my office job and bought one way ticket to Malaysia and traveled Asia for 10 months (October 2017)
- Snorkeled with whale sharks in Oslob, Philippines (November 2015)
- Bought second-hand motorbike in West Java and traveled with it 3700 km through whole Java, Bali and Lombok, then after 7 weeks I sold it in Bali (March-May 2018)
- Hiked Mt. Fuji off season wearing running shoes (May 2018)

We can chat about anything, I am open to hear your story and to share mine, if you want to :) Before I went to this long journey I spent my whole life in Czech Republic living in a small town in South Bohemia and lately 7 years in the capital Prague. During my studies I spent four wonderful months in Tallinn, Estonia. I am also happy to share my tips on traveling and talk about countries and cities I have been and going to visit.

I can also teach you some Czech words :)
