About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Be a musician

ABOUT ME

Right now I'm enojying playing with my bands, organizing live shows, writing music, reading short stories from living latinoamerican writers such as Rodrigo Rey Rosa, Juan Villoro and Feliz Bruzzone, getting together with friends to discuss what we read, being with my girlfriend, playing frisbee, listening to John McLaughlin's records, to Alex Machacek, John Zorn, and many more, planing a trip to Europe this spring to watch my favourite musician play live, stretching every day, thinking about social issues, playing soccer with my friends. Talking about my personality would be a bit embarrasing, I think it's best for people to know me without expecting anything specific from my way of being. Having said that, I've found lately that humour is a way to express myself in which I feel confortable.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to find freedom for me and everyone I know.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We hosted Noemi and Coline, who came from France and were travelling all over South America. We all had a great time together and I really look forward to hosting more surfers in the future!

Interests

Besided what I've previously listed I'm interested in the cinema of Abbas Kiarostami, Michael Haneke, Lucrecia Martel, Jon Anderson, Aki Kaurismaki, David Cronenberg, Lee Changdong and many more, the literature of Roberto Bolaño, Juan Rulfo and Andres Anwandter, among others. I'm also interested in the music of Philip Glass, Hermeto Pascoal, the trio formed by Rom, Schaerer and Eberle, Ranjit Barot, Gyorgy Ligeti, Oz Noy, Omar Rodriguez Lopez, and many more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Yo name a few
Book: The music of Chance by Paul Auster
Movie: Irreversible, by Gaspar Noe.
Music: John Zorn's "Naked City".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fall in love.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would be happy to share my musical skills and, if we get a chance to play together, my soccer technique. I would like to learn pretty much anything.
