ABOUT ME

last summer i finished school (i studied philosophy, history, and public policy.)

i worked in forestry in the caribbean for the last while, but i wouldn't say that's what i do. right now i'm picking and choosing.

i really like and i'm pretty good at:
picking mushrooms, walking very long distances, making masks, remembering faces, playing board games, catching animals with my hands (not in a cute way, but more species one-upsmanship), working outside, optimism.

i'm tall and i tend to mumble sometimes, but despite this later note, i love to talk, walk, and eat (ideally at the same time).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i started meeting and staying with people a few years ago traveling through scandinavia..the people i met made my trip fantastic. i didn't use the site much for surfing in a while, but rather had people sometimes stay with me.
