One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A couple of years ago I had the greatest kayaking adventure in my life. Me and my friend Maciek sailed down the Vistula – the longest river in Poland which has 1047 kilometers. It was 16 days of rowing from early morning till late evening, in changing weather conditions, without a proper equipment and with 30-ty years old, patched kayaks. We were sleeping in our tent on riversides, shallows, sandbanks, isles, under the bridges and sometimes on the backyards of hospitable people, who were fascinated and curious of the story about our trip.
There is always a lot to tell about it and I like to come back to those memories, when besides of exhaustion and resignation we found enough power to get to the end.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to share stories about countries and cultures. As a host I will show you around the city and give some tips about places worth visiting.
