About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a British born but an Australian at heart traveler, currently living in the Australian outback. I moved to Australia 7 years ago where I have since become a lifeguard. I've wrestled sharks, surfed on the back of dolphins and developed a love for exploring.
I'm a reasonably fit and healthy guy; as laid back as you can get. I'm always up for a laugh and a spot of 'one-up-manship'.
PHILOSOPHY
Don't take life too seriously, no one is getting out alive.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCH SURFING
**Not travelling**
**Not hosting**
I am on a temporary 'real world' phase of my life. Earning funds for my next adventure. Unfortunately where I life at the moment doesn't fit in with hosting fellow travelers.
But I'm a friendly face for coffee and can help with advise to those passing through where I live. Come say G'day if you're passing through Mount Isa, Queensland.
Interests
A challenge, the ocean, surfing, running, swimming, free diving, intelligent conversation (or attempts thereof!), something I haven't done before.

Where do I start...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived in a 3 door hatch back for 4 months whilst driving around the Australian outback.
- Taught myself to swim, taught others how to swim.
- Moved to the other side of the world.
- Survived Doomadgee (look it up).
- Survived Mornington Island (look that one up too).
Teach, Learn, Share
We can share cliché traveling quotes, laugh at each others middle names, accents and things we didn't realize were worth laughing at.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Can make mean packet mix brownies.
