About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn about the world and myself. to hopefully become a better person and to have good time while doing so

ABOUT ME

I was born and now study in Melbourne, however live about an hour away.
I worked for the first half of 09 to save and then travel in the second half.

Currently travelling alone.

PHILOSOPHY

Not too sure yet. i guess that is why i have taken this year off study to travel - to open my eyes

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really believe in the couch surfing project as it goes to show there are genuinely god people in the world, and not just a hotel-business owners trying to make money from people who want to get a true cultural experience.
I was intorduced to this project by fellow travellers. I cannot host now, but look forward to, and definately will when i return home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One day I asked a couple for directions. I started to walk and talk with them, later finding out that one of them was a host and the other a guest. I missed my last train and was offered a floor at the host's house. That was my first couch surfing experience

Music, Movies, and Books

All types of music. international hip-hip (not just north american stuff), electro, folk... anything and everyhing really. i dont enjoy punk music for too long athough.

Usually non-fiction books

Any movie really, except those that are too far-fetched. love James Bond films though (bit of a contradiction there :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The view from every mountain i have made it to the top of. enjoying a beer while watching the sun set over paris with friends from london. falling asleep on a bus and missing my stop.

The most amazing things i have done, i didn't have to buy a ticket for.

Teach, Learn, Share

Look back at (appropriate) misfortune with a sense of humour! Because if you consider all of the real misfortune in the world on a scale of 1-10, it probably doesn't register.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
