About Me

CURRENT MISSION

We're a couple, one of us is Australian and the other English. We love travelling and take any opportunity we get to meet people from different cultures. We are currently travelling in South and Central America and have been on the road for 1 year now!

ABOUT ME

That we LOVE to travel and meet new people from around the world, share experiences and like to have fun whilst doing it! We also hope that they would say that we're honest and fun loving people always up for a social drink or 2.

PHILOSOPHY

To enjoy and appreciate each day, to make a difference in some way, to learn something from each person we meet. To give and receive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are new to Couchsurfing, but would love to do some surfing through Guatemala, Mexico and the US.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We're both new to Couchsurfing, but have stayed with families on our trip through Latin America and love meeting people from different cultures.

Interests

Other than our passion for travel:
Claire - loves yoga and running. Being outdoors, helping others, art deco architecture, eating healthy nutritious food and COFFEE!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ciudad Perdida Trek, Columbia - An awe-inspiring trek that took us 6 days (as we were stranded in the jungle of an extra day due to torrential rain) involving steep inclines, swimming through swollen rivers that behaved more like rapids, and trudging through mountains of mud.

Patagonia - her vastness, isolation, friendly people, picture perfect views from every angle which simply left us breathless.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love to cook, share recipes and and learn new ones along the way.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Spain
