Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was travelling across Turkey in Dec 2010 - rather stupid - at that time - forget the summer welcome winter! I was travelling again alone but I it was OK as always - ready to meet amazing people. And I did I met in Cappadocia. Thanks to one guy I heard about CS and I thought it's great idea. That's why I planned my next trip will be with CS and it's now happening.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience was limited to hostels and it could vary. I was always looking for great atmosphere not for good conditions. I met very nice, open-minded people but it was difficult to explore city - you know... some people has seen it, tommorow sb was living, etc.
What I want is to not explore city solely but I want to talk with people who live there, exchange ideas, customs, experiences - do something more than simply going with a map and put the next cross to touristic spot - it's not enough for me!
