COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have traveled extensively since my teens, mostly hitch-hiking, meeting people on the road, getting to know them better, hosting them and being hosted, and making friends for life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Staying with nomads in their tents in remote areas of Tibet, fishing with fishermen from a boat on the Arabian Sea in Oman, having lunch and drinking Kosher whiskey with a Jewish family in Yemen, being in the hands of an angel in Lisbon (Portugal), horse riding on a black beach in Iceland, studying Chinese with Chinese passengers in a sleeping car of a local train, the plane crash in Siberia, staying with international immigrants and experiencing a rebellion in two detention centers in Mexico, and more.
