About Me

To kill a mockingbird

Open-minded, talkative and eager to trying new things. I fight with seriousness and fight for pancakes.
I love to go to sauna. I also really like peanut butter and jelly. And the smell of freshly mowed lawn.
Sometimes I do stand-up comedy. So far I only get shitty reviews. I guess people should practice their review-writing skills.
I can be talkative, and have rather wide horizons, however I'm more proud of another quality of mine - I'm a really good listener :)
I think I overuse the word "rather" sometimes.

I'm not going to write everything I regard as my personal philosophy just to get comments like TL/DR. And putting just mere chunks would harm the aforementioned philosophy.
So I'm just gonna write...
If it was a visual description, I would add a fish-slapping dance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel and I host. And I show people around.

Met a couple of people and stayed at other peoples places. Overall - positive. You gotta help people out. Because winter is coming.

Books, music, movies, cooking, basketball, jogging, politics (yeah, can't avoid that), humour, biology, literature, quirky weird useless facts about everything.
Traveling (this goes without saying. But there, I said it), camping, and creating plans how to conquer the world. And wall-climbing.
Oh, and slack lining (not to be confused with slacking - that's not an interest. That's a lifestyle).
I also like to go out at night steal peoples identities. Like that one time I did with Bruce Wayne. When I'm bored, I sometimes make snuff movies. Come, join me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nine Inch Nails, Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age, Clutch, Captain Beyond, The Doors, Queen, Oysterhead, Led Zeppelin, CCR, Soundgarden, Audioslave, Blue Oyster Cult, Fear Factory, Metallica, Primus, Phish, Hans Zimmer, The Cure, Killing Joke, The Who, Faith No More, Peeping Tom, Pixies, Pearl Jam, Brant Bjork...
A wide range of books, from philosophy and academic writings, to fantasy and science fiction. I believe if more people read Terry Pratchett, the world would be... just as funny.

I recently discovered the music from the 70s porn movies and that's some real classy tunes, I tell you. By searching YouTube. For music. Yes, music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching the sun set and rise in the wilderness of the mountains. That truly is the freedom of the hills.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn as many useful skills vital for survival during a zombie apocalypse as possible.
I can also teach you what is the meaning of life, and what is the question to "42"*. Seriously.

*Does not include an actual question.
