About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find a way to explore the world and work at the same time

ABOUT ME

I'm easy-going and love to meet new people. Anything I've never done before is fascinating to me and I love to try new things all the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although technically I joined about four years ago, I only really became enlightened by what it had to offer while living in Medellin, Colombia. For that reason I have only couch-surfed a handful of times. Instead I have met lots of brilliant people through couch-surfing and think it is a fantastic way to meet all sorts of interesting and exciting people with stories to tell.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only limited experience so far!

Interests

I love music (reggae and rock mainly but a bit of everything), pretty much any type of sport but especially football and snowboarding, history, politics, film and theatre but especially travelling and meeting different people with very alternative cultures to the one I have grown up with.

Music, Movies, and Books

Musically I am quite diverse, enjoying many different genres but especially reggae and rock music. Some of my favourite films are True Romance, Goodfellas, Scarface, Leon and Pulp Fiction. But I unashamedly enjoy self-indulgent pseudo-philosophical films very much too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best things I have done is to rent a motorbike in Cambodia with a friend and, against all advice, drive it into the east during the wet season with no real plan or clue of how to survive amongst the mud-sliding roads, never-ending forests, and countless bike breakdowns.

Countries I’ve Visited

Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, China, Finland, India, Morocco, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Colombia, Italy, United Kingdom
