ABOUT ME

I have traveled to many countries and lived and worked as an English teacher in China and Turkey. I really loved China where I visited 10 cities. I also love Istanbul. Currently I am working as an English teacher in Istanbul.
I can hold a conversation in Mandarin and would like to speak more Turkish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the city were I am from I was in the paper for hosing Couch Surfing meetings in my home town. I enjoy meeting people and attending socials. I have attended meetings in 3 cities in the UK, Hong Kong, Beijing, Morocco, Israel and more. I would love to host but I don't have my own place at the moment. However the favour will one day be returned.

Interests

I love to language exchange and speak different languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite film is Stargate because I love science fiction. I like Richard Branson's autobiography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my greatest travel experiences was arriving in Cairo by mini bus from Israel because I always wanted to go to Egypt. Another was spending New Year in the Sahara desert in Morocco.

I find Mandarin much easier to learn then the European languages.
