ABOUT ME

Well, I'm eightteen years old and I come from The Netherlands. I like to play volleyball. I even like to watch cricket (just found out this week!)

I've finished my highschool and I just couldn't stay home. I've been thinking of going to America or Australia for three years. At the time I finally graduated i couldn't wait to see the world. So here I am! :)

I have no idea what i'm going to do when i get back to The Netherlands. I'll probably start a study, I just have to find out which one.

PHILOSOPHY

I got this from the movie "Into The Wild", a great movie:

I read somewhere, how important it is in life, not necesseraly to be strong, but the feel strong. To measure yourself at least once, to find yourself at least once in the most ancient of human conditions.

I can find myself in that sentence.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well at the moment, i'm just using Couchsurfing. But when i got my own place, after this travel i will certainly be open to let people in.

For the moment, I have no experience at all. I'm keen to find out! ;)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Pfff.. movies, i like the moviehouse productions. Like movies that are not filled with a lot of action or a lot of humor.

However, i like just a good movie. So if it is thriller, action or horror, as long as it is a good movie.

As of books, at the moment I'm reading "let the great world spin" from Colum MCann. I think this is going to be a favourite of mine. Besides that, authors like Stieg Larsson or Terry Pratchet.

My taste of music could be like anything. The only thing i don't like is hardcore metal or similar sounds. I like Hiphop, Pop, Folk, House, Dance, R&B, Rap, classic.

Just as long as something has a quality.
