Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I want to explore the world and the people in it, and I think it can facilitate both! From the pragmatic perspective, saving money is nice.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love gypsy jazz, neosoul, r&b, progressive metal, I could go on and on. I don't get the chance to read much, but Im always open to suggestions. I love good cinematography, movies like Drive, In Bruges, Ex Machina, but I'll admit I'm a sucker for all the Marvel movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh jeez talk about a loaded prompt. Last year I got the chance to take a 16 day long trek in the Himalaya with one of my favorite people on Earth, so that was pretty awesome. We did the Annapurna circuit and the views you get everyday are amazing, starting in basically rainforest and working your way up to an elevation of 17,800 ft.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can certainly teach guitar, drums, singing, general music stuff. I can also draw on my engineering background and teach about our physical world, and enjoy the chance to do so.
