ABOUT ME

I'm 27 years old and I'm living in New York City after studying in Boston for 5 years. I've been here 3 years now, and I can't decide whether or not I wanna stay , but I continue traveling and tasting as much of the world as I can. I play the drums and bass .. My two greatest passions in life are music and travel.. I've been fortunate enough to do them both at the same time quite a lot.. But every now and then I like to just travel on my own expense.. For those occasions, I usually try and find people to meet up with or stay with wherever I go.. Hope to see you around!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most of my experience with these kinds of things has been off the site, just from knowing people, friends of friends, etc... I've met up with people and stayed on couches all around the world , and have hosted as well innumerable times, but I want to start using this site more especially for when I travel to other places where I know less people!! It's tough to start though because nobody wants you to sleep on their couch if your profile is empty!!!! Working on that now little by little...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's really hard to narrow it down. I feel like in every trip I've taken in a foreign country , I've seen or experienced something that I will never forget. Performing jazz at temples and shrines all over Japan for Buddhist monks , watching a mother and 3 children gut , skin , and separate the meat of a goat on a tiny island in the middle of Lake Titicaca , running with bulls in Spain , hanging out on the roof of il Duomo in Milan , eating home cooked Polish meals in Warsaw , peeing on the Berlin Wall , scuba diving in San Andres, Colombia , rock climbing for the first time in Guadalajara Mexico , watching the sun set in western Jamaica , playing salsa for the first time ever in a bar in Ponce Puerto Rico , eating doubles in Trinidad and Tobago , getting a random neck massage and back-cracking while peeing at a urinal in Bangkok... this is not half of it and the list won't stop growing.
