本人生于1992年，现居兰州，是一名参加工作多年的临床医生。我性格温和，知书达理，不接触烟酒，崇尚以健康为本的行为准则。对未知的事情抱有充足的好奇心，喜欢和不同的人交流。上下五千年，纵横八万里都有所涉猎，我的兴趣爱好广泛，包括旅行、读书、听音乐、追剧和摄影等。

旅行对我而言是一种探索世界和拓展视野的方式，我喜欢去不同的地方感受不同的文化和风情，因而每年都必定踏上一次新的旅程，现已走完全国三分之二的地方，由此也认识了不少志同道合的人。人的认知虽然是有限的，但是这个世界是无限的，我想用脚下的足迹丈量自己人生的轨迹。为自己来之不易的生命增添一些宝贵的意义。

读书是我与知识对话的方式，通过书籍，得以让我积累知识、开阔思维，最近在做专业方面的书籍扩展；我热爱文学，平时会有写作的习惯，有作品见刊，并拥有一个属于自己的博客。

音乐是我灵魂的滋养，毫无疑问，它能带给我长久的宁静与平和，陪伴我度过每个人生时刻；追剧则是我的休闲娱乐，是我与故事、人物之间的情感共鸣。透过银幕，我沉浸其中，体验着千变万化的人间百态。

摄影是我捕捉世界之眼与心灵共鸣的艺术。它绝不仅仅是简单的记录，而是我观察世界、理解瞬间、表达内心感受的重要媒介。在旅途中，相机是我最忠实的伙伴。无论是壮阔山河的宏伟气魄，街头巷尾的烟火人情，还是不经意间邂逅的光影魔术，我都会通过镜头去凝视、去思考、去框取那份触动心灵的独特之美。

一直以来，我追求着内外兼修的生活方式，注重自身的成长和进步，喜欢接受新鲜事物的挑战与冲击，会有经常思考的习惯。除此之外，我也关注社会热点话题，积极参与公益活动，乐于帮助他人。

I was born in 1992 and currently reside in Lanzhou. I am a clinical doctor who has been working for many years. I have a gentle personality, am well-educated, do not consume tobacco or alcohol, and adhere to the principle of prioritizing health. I have an insatiable curiosity about the unknown and enjoy interacting with people of different backgrounds. I have explored various aspects of history spanning five thousand years and geography covering eight thousand miles. My interests are diverse, including traveling, reading, listening to music, watching TV series, and photography.

Traveling is for me a way to explore the world and broaden my horizons. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and customs in various places. Therefore, I always embark on a new journey every year. I have now covered two-thirds of the country, and this has allowed me to meet many like-minded people. Although human cognition is limited, this world is infinite. I want to measure the trajectory of my life with the footprints on the ground. I hope to add some precious meaning to my hard-won life.

Reading is the way I communicate with knowledge. Through books, I can accumulate knowledge and broaden my thinking. Recently, I have been expanding my reading on professional topics. I love literature and have a habit of writing. I have had some of my works published and I also have my own blog.

Music nourishes my soul. Without a doubt, it can bring me lasting tranquility and peace, accompanying me through every moment of my life. Watching TV series is my form of leisure and entertainment, a way for me to emotionally connect with the stories and characters. Through the screen, I immerse myself and experience the countless diverse aspects of human life.

Photography is my art of capturing the world with both eyes and the resonance of the soul. It is far more than just a simple record; it is an important medium for me to observe the world, understand moments, and express inner feelings. During my travels, the camera is my most loyal companion. Whether it's the grandeur of vast landscapes, the hustle and bustle of streets and alleys, or the accidental encounter of light and shadow magic, I will gaze, think, and frame that unique beauty that touches the soul through the lens.

All along, I have been pursuing a lifestyle that combines both inner and outer development. I attach great importance to my own growth and progress, enjoy facing the challenges and impacts of new things, and have the habit of constant reflection. Besides, I also pay attention to current social hot topics and actively participate in public welfare activities, being willing to help others.
