I am a Buddhist who practice meditation. I enjoy travelling for enhancing my knowledge. Last year I visited Bhutan.

I practised Yoga and Chi Kong. I had diploma in chinese medicines that major in acupuncture. I love to explore areas on rejuvenating my body cells through meditation, detox, right exercise and right food. Though I am old in age but not in mind and body. However, on travel, easy on sleeping condition and food. I used go to Buddhist meditation center with simple life style for meditation retreat.

I love to share my experience on rejuvenating body energy using natural method.

I love nature especially on hot spring, farm and native lifes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meeting people with difference culture. Through couchsurfing network, I will be able to travel the country in relax mode with the local host's help.

Travel to Europe on my own with Contiki group . The return journey stop at Delhi for 9 days alone.
