ABOUT ME

I am going to attempt to copy the paragraph at the bottom of my resume - I'm not good at this kind of thing so since I've some what summed it up once I'll leave it at that - Being an artist I have had a variety of jobs -office (law, bank, brokerage), retail (Bath and Body Works, Lord and Taylor), substitute teaching (7 years Los Angeles Unified school District), restaurant (fine dinning/banquet, piano bar, pizza joint)…For 8 years I fronted and managed my own original pop/rock band “Wrestless Natives” we recorded and toured around the country.
The last 10 years or so my primary job has been that of a “merchant” at various Renaissance faires and festivals held in the eastern half of the US. “Merchant” is the character of sorts that I play and I sell works/items that I make, in costume and with Elizabethan accent. The season for faires is roughly April/May –October/November depending on which faires you do. In between times and during my off season I work part time as a banquet server and various promotional/brand ambassador gigs. I have promoted various foods and wine, products and services at stores and various events and assisted other artisans and merchants of this era with the selling of their merchandise at fairs and art shows.
