I can share a couch that can sleep 2-3 people comfortably. I have all the modern amenities in my home for use including a full bath/shower and full kitchen.

Note that I live on Long Island, a hour away from NYC on the Long Island Railroad. The town I'm in is West Islip. However the city is very easy to get to!
