I'm a theater artist specializing in mask performance and puppetry. I come from a large farm family in the midwest, and currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I often travel for work. I enjoy meeting people who follow their passions, and I really enjoy people who make me laugh. I'm a gay man who likes seeing what make a a place what it is through a combination of museums, historical sites, hikes, natural areas, cafes, etc. I've been a ovo-lacto vegetarian for almost 20 years, and I am a really good cook.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think you get to know a place best when you can meet people who have a connection with that place. I like finding things off the beaten path and knowing what a place is like to be in beyond its sphere of commercial tourism. When I'm able, I like to be able to share that in my city as well.
