Overview
About Me
Hey, everyone! I'm Tony. I'm originally born and raised in the Southern part of the United States, but have lived for many years in the Philadelphia area. I compete in Freestyle Wrestling for the New York City Regional Training Center and am a volunteer assistant coach at Columbia University. I've traveled to several countries around the world as a part of Team USA Wrestling's delegation and have had amazing experiences! I'm trying CoachSurfing because it seems like a great way to explore places with locals and make friends from around the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm coachsurfing because I love to travel. I compete at the New York City Olympic Training Center and also coach women's wrestling at Columbia University. I live in the Philadelphia area and commute to Hoboken/NYC pretty regularly. I'd love to meet new people in the area and explore the city with them! I have traveled to several countries with Team USA and competed. I am a freestyle wrestler and I love what I do. I found coachsurfing while watching a travel vlog on YouTube and thought I'd give it a try!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all types of music, my playlists are super diverse. I mostly listen to hip-hop and r&b, but i like rock, edm, house, synthwave, ragaeton, etc. My favorite movie genres are action, noir, horror, thriller, and sci-fi. I like government type movies like The Bourne trilogy, the November Man, and Safehouse. I love comedy as well!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have coached one of my athletes to making the US National Team for Wrestling!!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer the host a good review after I've stayed with them. I can also offer contributions to their homes (like groceries, etc). I'm quite introverted and keep to myself, but I can share my experiences with them in conversation!
