2009 i thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail. ive been trying to adjust back into "normal" life since i finished in Oct. '09

PHILOSOPHY

Ive recently realized that in life we all have these points in our life that we can start over, or change something in our life that has a dramatic change on the future. I am now in the begining stages of that change.... and its amazing. :) {edit} I am now in the final stages of the change... I am quiting my job of 5 1/2yrs and taking a year off to travel. I am going to be hiking the Appalachian Trail with my brother starting March 15th, 2009.

Im constantly trying to get back into the community but I keep getting distracted by other issues.

I love to stay active. I will make a list of things that I do and if anyone is interested in hearing details about any of them I will be glad to talk with them about it. Rock Climbing/bouldering, Mountain Biking, Tennis, (Running, Biking, Swimming, and Triathlons: a combination of all three in one event.) I also do Parkour, which a great discipline to learn, build, and break the limitations of your body. I enjoy trying to learn the guitar and occasionally making noise with other people that sometimes can make incredible music.

Do the things that you want to do in life, dont wait. Dont let anyone talk you out of your dreams. Though the economy isnt exactly the best its been, if you are strong willed enough and persistent enough, you can accomplish some amazing things.
