ABOUT ME

I'm a 23 year old California kid. I attended Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where I studied mechanical engineering. I now reside in the Silicon Valley as an applications engineer, and am trying to figure out adulthood. I love all things Disney and all things involving Mexican food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I first surfed in Germany and had the greatest host who fully immersed me in her community and culture. After that experience I wanted to connect with people from different walks of life and get outside the bubble that was my life.

Interests

I dig hiking and cycling, and I'm a big fan of the water. Pretty much any body of water excites me. Oceans, lakes, rivers, pools, waterfalls, you name it and I want to jump in it!

I am a crafter and like doing little art projects for fun. Call me old fashioned, but I dig some sewing, scrapbooking, drawing, or painting every once in awhile.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any Disney movie is a yes. Lords of Dogtown, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and Anchorman are also always welcomed and strongly encouraged.

I'm all over the place with music. 80's hair metal, 90's boy bands, reggae...the list goes on. But hey, I'll give everything a try once.

The Catcher in the Rye and The BFG are the only books that deserve multiple reads.
