I'm currently studying Social Anthropology at Manchester University, so I love learning about different cultures! I'm staying in student accommodation until July, and hoping to go travelling in America for around a month afterwards.
My sense of humour is way beyond my years - I love a good christmas cracker or dad joke, and puns are my weakness.
I love art galleries, museums, and good food! (I'm vegetarian)
I have a couple of tattoos, and love glitter (i've been described as being like a magpie - I gravitate towards sparkly things)
I'm allergic to cats, but make up for it with my love for dogs.
I enjoy cooking and occasional nights out in clubs or bars!
I only smoke from time to time in social occasions, but don't mind when other people do!
I'm an atheist, but will still accept you with open arms even if you're not, as long as you also accept me!
You need to be LGBT friendly!
There is a common room in my accommodation, where there's a ping pong table and pool table, and I'd be happy to play (although I'm not particularly skilled at either one!)
If you want some company while you're here, I'm happy to go grab a drink with you or come to the nearby art gallery or museum with you! (As long as I'm not too swamped with university work!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to maybe host some people who are looking to stay in my accommodation with me for a few days, as I love helping others! Also when I go travelling it would be lovely to have the favour returned.
I love meeting new people and learning new things.
I think this is a brilliant idea, and it's nice to give back to the world in some way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like TV Shows like The Office and Black Mirror, and have a very eclectic taste in both fashion and music, so I'm very open minded :-) I can go from listening to Keaton Henson to Death Grips.
Books wise, I love the Night Circus, and Stargirl, as well as Harry Potter, but then again who doesn't like a bit of Harry Potter?!
