ABOUT ME

I make every attempt to live as positively and as happily as possible. So much of my life has been, and currently is amazing I cannot justify being bummed out. Big changes are making there way into my life as I prepare to leave my dearly beloved Cascade Mountains for a more tropical climate. I am excited to be near the ocean, eat delicious tropical fruit, surf, speak spanish, stretch, and overall connect with a new land and people! Whoohoo!

PHILOSOPHY

It is changing and growing and refining everyday. Currently it is very basic. My mind is not cluttered with thoughts of deep philosophical matters, I am simply living joyously. I take deep breathes, stretch a lot, laugh a lot, eat well, and constantly stay active. I believe that if you are able, put your body in motion! I climb, snowboard, swim, run, walk, dance, and stretch all the time. All of it clears my mind and keeps me feeling happy and stoked on life!

Interests

Rocks, rock climbing, snow, snowboarding, happy people, motivated people, music that inspires uncontrollable dancing! I also love biking and hope to cultivate my skill and love for surfing while in Central America. Sustainable organic and local foods also really get me going. I have worked on an organic farm all summer and not much compares to the joy of eating a carrot that you sowed, weeded, and finally harvested.

The 20ft avalanche crown that stretched the entire distance of the Shuksan Arm during the 2012 season. Wow, nature is powerful and I respect her so very very much. Parrot's Grotto deep in the River of No Return Wilderness on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho, female vortex magic time. Siurana, Spain, the most beautiful pueblo I have ever seen.
