I like to make new experiences and get to know everything in the world that I can in this single life that I have. I rather regret the things that I have done, than those I have not done. When traveling I most enjoy to meet with people and talk about whatever. I am a firm believer that you can get to know a place much better and easier when talking to people as opposed to looking at buildings or sites. I travel quite a bit for business and always try to squeeze in a day or two to have free time in the places I visit. Went to school / studied in Germany and the US and worked in Germany and London. I try to get to at least one country each year that I haven’t seen yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the spirit of the community. I mainly use it to meet people when I am away from home and have never been disappointed. It‘s a great opportunity to meet people that you would not usually come across in daily life and ro really get to know a new place easily and at a much deeper level than with any typical sightseeing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Wide range. EDM is one of my favorite styles when exercising or going out (I know I have a bad taste...😜😂) I don’t watch much TV and prefer more interactive things. Prefer to read non-fiction books (e.g. Harari) and wish I had more time for reading.

Teach, Learn, Share

Good company, appetite to do the wild and crazy things (but not only these), ability to listen, teaching wakeboarding and skiing, travel stories from some 60 countries.
