What a hard question!
Basically there's a lot to know about me so you'll have to meet me to find out!
but to give you a little taster... I am a massage therapist by day, and I dedicate most of my time to the healing arts. But by night I love to dance, to eat, to drink, to meet people and have fun (not necessarily in that order)
Most of all I like to try new things, enjoy myself and try not to take life too seriously.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a newcomer to Couchsurfing.com even though I have done a lot of couch surfing before it has been through friends of friends so I have not participated much yet.
I have joined Facebook groups and plan to start joining the community meetings in London.
Unfortunately I am not able to host as much as I'd like to but I hope for my situation to change soon!

Interests

With regards to my work my principle area of interest is the study of Energy Medicine.
I like the outdoors and all that it entails. I love to travel and be in nature but I love my home city too and I hope to show you a good time if you ever stay with me in London. I love people and I am always interested in receiving peoples weird and wonderful hospitality!
I luuuuuurve music so if you ever come and stay with me be prepared to bring out the tunes!
Most of all I am interested in learning and experiencing new things. I am interested in life!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read nearly enough so the extent of my book knowledge extends to what I consider to be classics like Rold Dahl and Harry Potter! I like poetry more. I am a better listener and dreamer! Basically I love nonsense! like Edward Lear poetry. However books for me need to have history, a good story and interesting characters. I always read a story about the place I am in when I travel. Any recommendations welcome. The last book I read is The Fry Chronicles by Stephen Fry.

Love all genres of film, although I'm not a huge fan of horror. I grew up with brothers so grew up watching Kung fu and action films but love a good romance and I'm not ashamed to say a good musical too! I am a girl after all! (Ok so I really like musicals!)
Basically there's no way I could pick a top favourite list. Way too many films I love and watch a thousand times over. But to name a few... True Romance, any Baz Luhrmann film, Kelly's Heroes, Sound of music, Forest Gump, Leon, Django Unchained, Parent Trap, any Disney movie!

I LOVE MUSIC!!! I'm obsessed really... I listen to a bit of everything
I like electronic music like house and techno but I grew up listening mostly to soul, rnb and blues. love love love disco and I listen to a lot of hip hop like Pete Rock I'm gonna leave it there or you'll be reading me go on and on about it all day!! I will say that if you diss spice girls we aren't going to get along!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was hosted by the most adorable family in an amazonian village (don't ask me how I got there). I organised a school disco for the kids. It was the most amazing, hilarious, and beautiful thing to see. They couldn't get enough of Destiny's Child Bootylicious or Whitney's I wanna dance with somebody! they kept begging me to play it again and again and I was there bopping along with them with the class sloth on my shoulders!
