About Me

To disolve like an ice cube in a glass of warm water

Graduate Anthropology student. US born to Mexican parents. Love to ride bikes.

Everything exists because I perceive it to exist.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

I like to show people around the not so common paths. They can relate to food, music and good ol hanouts. I participate in community development projects. One is a language program,Fala Amigo, to increase fluency. And the other is a bike collective, Passaic Pedal.EA, that promotes safe riding and awareness.

Concentrate my work on migrant issues, gender, and political economy, between the State of Puebla and NJ/NY.

It began in a Couchsurfer meeting in Rio de Janiero. Since then I've had the pleasure to host and help out travelers.

Riding bikes, Anthropology, dancing, strolling through supermarkets, doing field work, picnics, cumbia sonidera, more dancing, photography, debating social theories.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

I have stopped time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied Anthropology ( no, not Archeology)in Hawaii and focused in indigenous forms of healing. I'm now completing my masters degree in the Universidad de las Americas Puebla (Estudios Antropologicos de Mexico) in Agricultural Development.
