Living and working in China since 2005, now in Beijing. Both here in Beijing and on the road, my philosophy is pretty much the same: I'm almost always willing to sacrifice sleep for something new and/or enjoyable - conversation, food, live music, drinking at local hole-in-the-walls, aimless roadtrips, people watching, etc.
