I am a yoga teacher, movement educator, and chiropractic student. I teach people how to move without pain and study at Palmer College. In my free time I knit, read, explore and study the body and healing.

I live in Southern Iowa and am starting class at Palmer College on March 7th. I want to get to know Davenport for a week or so before I rent an apartment or find a roommate more permanently so couch surfing is the perfect way for me to get to know the city and some new people first.

I love almost all music, except fusion jazz and opera. I love historical movies and adventure, action like The Matrix and Lord of the Rings series. My favorite movie is L'Arche de Triumphe with Lesley Anne Downe and Anthony Hopkins. I read historical fiction for fun, when I am not reading about health and anatomy.

I learned to rock climb when I was in my 30s and led a climb of over 200 feet without falling.

I love to share yoga and movement, and have taught meditation and breath work too. I am also a mind-body coach and have a degree in Human Resources. I can write a great resume! I'd love to learn to crochet, and to finally become fluent in French.
