I want to help children with disabilities and parents who have children with disabilities so that their child can live a fulfilling life and be as independent as possible

About me: New to Denver. Moved here for a job and to start a new adventure. I enjoy reading, cooking, sports, and doing anything outdoors!! I'm naturally goofy..I work with kids for a reason! I aim to live a balanced life and to be kind to all. I'm easy going and like to work out during the week and head to the mountains most weekends. I like thought provoking conversations! Lover of dogs and all animals.

My normal week: I go to bed early during the week (Tuesday-Friday) since I work 10 hour days. Over the weekend I like to go to the mountains and explore the city! I enjoy the occasional bar and glass of wine but am over the party scene. I play intramural sports and love going to any live music show! Lover of all sports and will be watching the game if it's a big one. Don't have cable so usually have to go out somewhere to do that. I dog sit pretty frequently so it's likely there will be a dog around if you come on a weekend! Please mention the word: booyah in your message so I know that you read this.

Interests

Anything outdoors, meeting new people, traveling, sports, helping others, learning, crafting, music. Let's just say I have a difficult time sitting still but can also have nights where I chill and binge on Netflix!

Favorite Movie: "A League of Their Own"
Music: The Head and The Heart, Shakey Graves, Cold War Kids, Led Zepplin, Death Cab for Cutie, Sara Bareilles, John Mayer... I love bluegrass, folk, and alternative mostly.

Books: Kite Runner, Wild, Girl On The Train, any biography. The list goes on but you get the point!
