About Me

Im finally able to follow my dream of traveling internationally, making new friends, creating lifelong memories, and learning other cultures. I love art, cooking, painting, reading, history, music, etc. Im quiet, but talkative, kind, generous, and curious. Im looking for other happy souls who want to go on adventures or take it easy chatting. I am a smoker, but never smoke in my own home. I'm clean and respectful of other people's property.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im looking for more of a cultural immersion rather than being a mere sight seer. Saving a little cash along the way will certainly help, but Im more than willing to buy a few drinks, cook, or help with housework. I want you to know how grateful I am that you've allowed me into your life for a short time.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorites are Classic rock and Alternative Rock, but I also enjoy the beauty of most all musical works of art.
Bad company, Fleetwood Mac, Days of the New, Concrete Blonde, Natalie Merchant....

Movies- Action, Sci Fi, Mystery. The Classics- Blues Brothers, This is Spinal Tap, Star Wars, Star Trek, Galaxy Quest, The Princess Bride, Monty Python ,

My current favorite TV shows are Game of Thrones and Outlander.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently snorkled with a sea turtle in Akumal, Mexico. The turtle was about 10 feet below me, calmly eating sea grass from the ocean floor.

Amazing accomplishment- i love carpentry and woodworking. In 2010 I converted my mothers single car garage into an enclosed livable space. I had help from my father and brother in law.

I've snowmobiled for several years, have spent many years boating and riding jetskis, I love the water.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My positive energy. Im always happy. Cooking,

Countries I’ve Visited
