About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm just Charlie. I'm pretty funny, although everyone thinks they're funny, especially people who aren't. Like to talk about ideas, art, culture, politics, etc. I love to be outdoors, even if it's just tramping through the woods, taking dinner on the patio, or wandering around like a nutjob in a torrential downpour. I like music, food, theater, nice people, funny kids, creative endeavors, truthfulness, sincerity, the unexpected.

PHILOSOPHY

everything becomes increasingly mysterious as the years pass. Life is entirely about the small moments of kindness or personal connection that come and usually disappear just as quickly, and which are more often than not experienced in the company of strangers. Just be kind and honest to people, and listen to them, and maybe then have a drink or a cup of coffee, and share a laugh over the patent strangeness of every passing day.
