About Me
Hi everyone! I’m Alley, a local girl living in Hue. I love Vietnamese coffee so much that I started to teaching in a small workshop to share it with travelers!
In my class, I’ll teach you how to make egg coffee, coconut coffee, and salt coffee – each one has a unique story and flavor
I also enjoy meeting people from different countries, learning about your culture, and practicing English.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet people from different countries and help them experience Vietnam in a local and meaningful way.
Through my coffee class, I hope to connect with travelers who love culture, food, and friendly conversation.
Interests
Cooking and tasting local food – I’m always excited to introduce travelers to street food in Hue.
• Cultural exchange – I love learning about different lifestyles, traditions, and languages. Every new story inspires me.
• Practicing English – I’m improving my English every day, and it’s even better when I can learn through conversations with kind travelers.
• Cycling around Hue – especially early mornings by the Perfume River or in the countryside.
• Nature & quiet cafés – I often spend time in peaceful coffee shops where I think and plan my next local experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy relaxing Vietnamese music and sometimes acoustic guitar. I also love travel documentaries and books about culture and connection – anything that helps me understand the world better.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have met many foreigners all over the world and have gotten the chances to know more about their cultures, I have shared my experiences about coffee with them as well, I want to make people love VietNamese’s coffee as me.

I can teach you how to make traditional Vietnamese coffee – including coconut coffee, egg coffee, and salt coffee!
I’m also happy to share stories about life in Hue and Vietnamese culture.
