I'm always curious about the little things, like street art or that tiny little shop around the corner nobody knows about. Like unusual places besides the big touristy-sight seeing. Have a look at Atlas Obscura (google is your friend). I love watching the stars and walking the streets by night, as well as I enjoy walks on the beach on a stormy day. I'm always looking for hidden gems and secrets. I mostly adore the sea, salty water and a fresh breeze.

I (usually) enjoy local food, music and traditional theater. I love to meet people, though I'm not a people person. I like to set my focus at only one person by time. Instead of a night out at a club or bar, I prefer walks and conversations. Though I love to sing Karaoke :D

PS: I easily get lost, seriously. If you know adventure games like Skyrim and you're on a quest and a side quest appears and you gotta follow that and in the end you have like 20 open quests and no idea where you are: That's me in real life :D I follow my curiosity.

And it's not always funny if I call you in the middle in the night, telling you I'm lost (again) and you ask, where are you? And I respond, I don't know, but there's a big white house near by. ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First things first - and please read carefully before hosting me: Couchsurfing is NOT a hook-up site for sex, it's NOT some kind of Tinder. People who use Couchsurfing for a sex-match should not participate at all. I'm sure there are enough places where you can find what you need. If I travel somewhere and looking for a place to stay, I do NOT look for sex or romantic involvement.

When I'm using Couchsurfing I'm looking for a place to stay and/or to meet locals to have conversations with or hanging around, and if we're lucky and connect well, maybe even a new friendship develops. I'm still friends with a few couchsurfers I met over the years.

Couchsurfing is based on trust. I trust you with myself and my belongings. And I hope you trust me. I do my best to be a good and trustworthy surfer or host. You can't connect with everyone, though - and that is okay, people are different. If we not connect, let me know - usually though, I'm easy to handle.

If you got pets, I really love to stay with you and play with them :D I don't smoke, and rarely drink.

Interests

In general: physics, astronomy, music, singing, gaming, movies, tv-shows, traveling, literature, photography, writing books (or trying to), meeting different and interesting people, visiting lonely also unusual places and cultures, taking long barefeet walking tours, playing with ocean waves and get lost.

And I love to ride bareback on horse back. Cause when you feel everything, every muscle and emotion of your four legged runner beneath you and they can feel you the exact same way, a connection develops which is amazing cause you both starting to take care of each other. And, most horses don't like saddles I experienced ;)
