My wife Ashley and I set off on a round the world trip in July 2011. So far we've spent about 9 months in Central America, and have just entered Europe.

We are both Vegetarians

Well, we've done a fair bit thus far in our lives. The best was probably quitting our professional jobs, selling our house, and travelling the world! It's going to be hard to beat.
