ABOUT ME

Hi!We are two danish girls looking for new adventures and great companionships world wide! :-D We're called Helle and Mette (If we write/talk at any time, we will be sure to let you know which one of us you're having a conversation with^^) and we are at the moment taking a year of, making money and traveling! We just finished what might be compared to High School(USA) or College(GB).
Helle still have her residens at her parents', and therefore she cannot host :-( Mette is living in a tiny 1-bedroom apartment, so she sadly hasn't got the room for it. But in the fall, 2014 - hopefully both of us will have the space for a beautiful comfortable couch for YOU to sleep on!:-D

Interests

Mette: My biggest interest is music and I love both playing and listening - Right now my biggest source of inspiration is Adele, and going to one of her concerts is a dream of mine! But in addition to Adele, Michael Jackson is my biggest icon!One of my other big passions is an organisation called FDF. It's an organisation where people get together and have fun in different frames. For an example: We do a lot of outdoor activities and we camp with people from different countries(The latest one was Belgium and Dutch) and learn about their culture and just have fun :-) Helle:I'm interested in music too and I play both the transverse flute and the saxophone. And like Mette I am also a member of the organization FDF (:Besides these things, I really enjoy learning new languages and at the moment I am learning spannish. My goal is to travel around countries and be able to talk to the people there in their language (:

Music, Movies, and Books

Mette:Big fan of; Stephen King - His books are amazing! If we talk other books or authors the first one who pops up in my mind is the Eragon series - They're AWESOME!If we talk movies I'm a big fan of the Twilight series, a little embarrasing, but they're great! Besides that, I just saw the Hobbit - and I loved it!Helle:At the moment I read "The ultimate Hitchhiker's guide to the Universe" by Douglas Adams. And so far it's quite good.. Of other books that I have read I find especially two completely amazing: "Memories of a Geisha" and "The Kite Runner". These are also two of my favorite movies. I like almost all kinds of music, but at the moment I really enjoy listening to music by Kashmir.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mette:I've sailed gondolas in Venice - MARVELLOUS!Helle:Right now I am in Peru with a friend of mine, and it is definately one of the greatest things I have ever done!

Teach, Learn, Share

Mette:I am very interested in music, so if your having trouble with some notes or chords I'll be glad to help! And if you have some tips n' tricks in the same genre, I would be glad to learn! :-)Helle:I would really like to learn new languages, or just a few phrases and then I could teach you some danish :) I think that it could be quite fun (:
