ABOUT ME

Friendly, adventurous, and spontaneous

I talk about food—a lot. There was a time when a big portion of my expenses went to anything food-related. In my free time, I love experimenting with whatever I can find in the kitchen. I’ve been exposed to cooking and baking since I was eight years old, thanks to my mom and grandma. That said, despite growing up in a typical Filipino household, I don’t actually cook many Filipino dishes myself—I’d much rather take you to a great local restaurant instead.

And while I do tend to ramble about food, please don’t assume that Filipino cuisine begins and ends with the unfortunate stereotype of balut.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to teach people to cook by heart. It's easy, but requires a lot of practice. I have made a few attempts in farming, but seems all the seeds and plants I get my hands on end up dying. I share my food with the people I love.
