Very bright-eyed!!! "All it takes for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing...." -- Edmund Burke / No matter what happens, always keep your childish innocense! - And I will try to fix you! ,o)
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
Tall with a big heart but not easily fooled. ,o)
Very positive and sensitive in every way.
By learning a language we remove our prejudices I think. What´s more important in this world??????
I love to discover new places also in this city where I´m quite new in but already know many very nice places and people.
We could also cook together, if you like that. We love cooking a lot.
"Once you have flown, you will walk the Earth with your eyes turned skyward;
for there you have been, there you long to return."
-Leonardo da Vinci
I want to travel as far as I can go,
I want to reach the joy that´s in my soul,
And change the limitations that I know,
And feel my mind and spirit grow,
I want to live, exist, ´to be´,
And hear the truths inside of me.
Wir versäumen oft das kleine Glück,während wir auf das grosse warten.
"We begin where we are and how we are and
whatever happens, happens."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I offer my hospitality, my believe in people who need friends abroad, the friendship between different cultures and countries, peace and love in the world...really...open minded people, a new style of life for human beings.
GRACE - amazing Grace - was our first and great couchsurfer. As you can read in our references we couldn't have had more fun. Everything was totally relaxed, together!
CS-meetings in Düsseldorf and Barcelona gave me so much energy - friendships all over the world are the result.
What I enjoyed a lot were camping in Australia and on Corse as well as in the mountains in Spain where it was completely dark at nigt - all those stars AND falling stars.... and the days in the shared apartment in Barcelona.
In the Netherlands we slept at my friends house. The first time, it still used to be the childrens room. Therefore they lifted the huge and heavy toy railway. But because it stayed right over our heads, it was quite hard to fall asleep. ,o))
Family, Friends, Politics, Debates and Discussions, Sports and Yoga (Pranayama), Cooking and Eating, Literature, Photographie and Pictures, Art in general, Music and Concerts, NATURE in every ever so little part, animals and pets, colours and forms. But nothing is more fascinating than people!
I enjoy breathtaking experiences as (sky-)diving as much as meditation. Contrasts are what makes live worth living!
Music, Movies, and Books
I LOVE CONCERTS...from more bands than would fit in ,o) e.g. Querbeat: von Cellomania über ZAZ, Felix Meyer, Anna Depenbusch, Keith Jarrett, Grover Washington, Amy Winehouse, The Waterboys, Millie Jackson, Zacharias Ferreira, Me and Cassity, Prince, Bob Marley, Paul Weller, Amy Winehouse, Moby, Coldplay, Fanta Vier, Söhne Mannheims, Jai Uttal, Chaka Khan, The Verve, Aziza A, Thandiswa Mazwai, Zonke Uzondihida, Zamajobe, Nat King Cole
Have you read: Change the world for a fiver?? Still the most important one - not only for me!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I met my best friend from elementary school every time I am in Berlin - we remet after 28 years - just as fantastic as if nothing had changed. We are so happy!
Two meetings in groups around Sebastian from Düsseldorf - such a friendly atmosphere.... Afterwards we met Doan in Berlin again and I will definitely meet Kate soon. I hope to meet S. after his inward looking journey.
Düsseldorf 26.04.2009 CS Brunch-Revival: Pretty good stuff, guys!!! I loved getting to know some really nice new people AND also remeeting so many great friends.
Summer of 2008: with CS in Barcelona I walked through the streets of Gracia, offering and giving free hugs to everyone who wanted. The energy was unbelievably great!!!!
The year before I lay down on the empty street of a very little village in the spanish mountains near the climbing lodge in the El Chorro. Everything was wrapped in mystery - pure black darkness. To see suddenly notice a rain of eight falling stars made me smile and relax to the limit.
I travelled to Greenland without my parents when I was 11 years old. THAT was amazing. Traveled a lot since than, enjoyed every tiny little thing, found great friends, teachers (also languages and yoga...pranayama), love my family
I found sky-/diving (especially diving at night - which was my first ocean dive ever, in the Great Barrier Reef - fascinating, the quiteness, nature and beautiful colours....it's very similar!!!
Once I saved my best friends life, she would have ran in front of that car otherwise...unbelievable.
After having lost some really wonderful people I really am living a kind of CARPE DIEM STYLE NOW!!! - as much as possible.
For having found the occupation of my dreams, teaching schoolchildren (also with special needs or highly skilled ones, on one hand and having a day of Outdoor education once every week I count myself very, very lucky.
